Office Re-fit removal

We routinely work with a number of shop fitters.  They are always working to tight deadlines and often tighter budget constraints. Many work in city center locations often with nowhere to put a skip. We will often carry out out of hours collections due to the location of many of these sites. This allows trades to get on with what they do best without diluting their time and skills to dispose of waste.

We will often work alongside these companies, often from the procurement stage of the contract.  We will provide written estimates for the waste disposal.  We factor in various aspects to the job. This way once works get underway we all know what to expect. Our teams lift and load all the waste and remove it via our own vehicles.  It's more common for us to receive parking dispensation from the local authority than it is for a company wishing to put a skip on the ground for a few days.

Once we have responsibly disposed of the waste we supply both waste transfer notes as well as an audit of what went where.

We remove all forms of waste from drywall, timber, ceiling and floor tile and carpet. Anything that comes from a property rip-out can be safely removed by us.
